Matt Bartley, GTM Architect (Emerging Technologies), Snyk
Matt Bartley began his career as a networking engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), focused on projects for the US Gov sector. Since 2017, he has worked extensively in the fields of Cloud and Application Security. Matt has helped take two startups to a successful exit and now leads the go-to-market for DAST in North America for Snyk.
Bill Beattie, Strategics, North Central, Axonius
With a distinguished 25-year career in cybersecurity, Bill Beattie has held senior leadership positions at some of the industry’s most respected companies, including Check Point, FireEye/Mandiant, and Trellix. Bill brings this wealth of strategic leadership experience to his role as a Strategic Account Manager at Axonius. He works closely with leading enterprise organizations to build a credible foundation for their security programs, directly strengthening their approach to enterprise risk. He is driven by a mission to help clients move beyond complexity and “bring truth to action,” translating comprehensive asset intelligence into a stronger, more resilient security framework.

David Henning, Director of Cybersecurity Services, Hughes
David has over 26 years of experience in the Information Security field, 21 of them with Hughes Network Systems. He has worked as a consultant for major universities, large government agencies, non-profits, and for a wide range of companies in the Fortune 100. David is currently the Director of Cybersecurity Services at Hughes Network Systems, an EchoStar company. He started out as a firewall and IDS analyst managing the first IDS ever installed at the USDA. He went on to perform penetration testing, risk assessments, and as a senior engineer at an MSSP. David earned his CISSP in 2005, GCPM Gold in 2009, PCI ISA in 2015, and GSTRT in 2024. Previously, David has worked for SANS building demonstration networks at security conferences and mentoring CISSP training sessions. At Hughes, David is also responsible for PCI and other compliance efforts. He is looking forward to sharing how networking and security will converge through orchestration and automation under the 5G protocol stack.
Randy Herold, Global CISO, Manpower
Randy Herold holds a degree in Computer Science and has over 25 years of information technology experience within the public and private sectors, the last 20 of which have been focused on information security, privacy, data protection, risk management and compliance. Mr. Herold is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Randy joined ManpowerGroup in 2018 as Chief Information Security and Chief Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing ManpowerGroup’s Information Security and Privacy efforts in more than 70 countries. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup Randy held technology leadership roles with PHH, Chubb/ACE Group, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nielsen/Arbitron and multiple government defense contractors. He has received various technology related certifications and is a member of numerous security and technology professional organizations.
Jake Mickley, Senior Solutions Architect, Horizon3.ai
Jake brings more than 12 years of hands-on security expertise to his role at Horizon3.ai. He is exceptionally proficient in many security approaches that range from advanced threat defense and cloud data protection to behavior analytics, red teaming exercises, and autonomous penetration testing. In his free time, Jake enjoys researching new security technologies and tactics, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with his wife, daughter, and golden retriever named Flash.
Derek Milroy, Network Security Architect, Gallagher
Derek Milroy is a corporate security professional that has been implementing security, as both an internal employee and as a consultant, for the past twenty plus years. His main areas of focus the past decade or so have been: Systems Hardening (focusing mainly on Windows Forest/Domain/GPO Architectures), Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Log Management/SIM/SEIM, Incident Response, Network Infrastructure Security, Cloud Controls and Hardening, Red Team Program Management, Threat Modeling, and Threat Intel. He is a former QSA, current PCIP, and has also performed ISO 72001/27002, CIS Top18, and NIST CSF assessments.
