Priorities, WFH and Covid-19

We are in unprecedented times.  The challenges of Covid 19, WFH and shifting priorities make the waters difficult to navigate.

Join us and learn how enterprise IT CIOs are balancing the shifting priorities, keeping the lights on, and moving forward with business generating initiatives.

In this session, we will cover the following and more:

  • From a bandwidth perspective, how did WFH shift your IT priorities?
  • How do you balance keeping things running verses building new things?
  • How do you prioritize your key IT initiatives now with the additional WFH needs?
  • With WFH, how do you know what needs to be worked on and what is priority without regular Executive meetings?
  • What is now an IT Priority, that wasn’t 5 months ago?
  • What process management programs did you use before Covid, verses what you are using now?
  • What procedures did you have automated before Covid and what wasn’t automated that should be?
  • How do you manage automated process flow with employees now W’ingFH instead of in the office?
  • How do you keep people connected/collaborated with WFH, such as Call Centers/Dispatch?
