Exhibits are on table-tops in the back of the same conference room as the conference sessions. All table-tops are of equal size.
Sponsor Introductions
Before the first exhibit break at 10:00 a.m. each
sponsor is introduced and given the microphone to
describe their company’s business solution.
This very effective table-top display, has the
company name and logo, the company tag line,
and bullet points describing the business solutions
that the sponsor provides. The custom table cloth
adds a nice touch.

Enterprise IT attendees and sponsors have
repeated opportunities to talk and evolve
the conversation – a ‘winning’ event format.
Speaking Slots Available
Speaking slots are available on a first-come, first
served basis provided the organization is a
sponsor of the conference. All conference
sessions are vendor-neutral/thought leadership –
sharing best practices. The speaking slots are not
allowed to market, position, nor present vendor
specific solutions.
