Debayan Basu, Principal IAM Engineer, Genuine Parts Company
Debayan Basu is a Principal IAM Engineer at Genuine Parts Company (GPC), where he leads global authentication services across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, supporting users, partners, and customers in 17 countries. A seasoned IAM practitioner, he brings broad cross‑industry experience and deep expertise in authentication, access management, and identity governance, with a focus on ensuring the right users have the right access to the right resources at the right time.
Beyond his role at GPC, Debayan is an active contributor in the identity community and regularly engages on topics including authentication and identity governance strategy, and zero-trust aligned access.
