Debayan Basu, Principal IAM Engineer, Genuine Parts Company

Debayan Basu is a Principal IAM Engineer at Genuine Parts Company (GPC), where he leads global authentication services across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, supporting users, partners, and customers in 17 countries. A seasoned IAM practitioner, he brings broad cross‑industry experience and deep expertise in authentication, access management, and identity governance, with a focus on ensuring the right users have the right access to the right resources at the right time. 

Beyond his role at GPC, Debayan is an active contributor in the identity community and regularly engages on topics including authentication and identity governance strategy, and zero-trust aligned access.

 

Daniel Cabrera, Manager – Identity and Access Management, Endeavor Health

With nearly 15 years of experience, Daniel Cabrera is a strategic IAM leader currently serving as an Identity and Access Manager at Endeavor Health.

He has led IAM transformations across complex enterprise environments spanning healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and global media sectors, among others.

Daniel is passionate about building identity programs that not only protect the enterprise but also enables the business – driving governance, maturity, operational resilience, and trusted access at scale.

With more than a decade of experience in identity and access management, Dustin has worked with Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector to modernize identity architectures, reduce cyber risk, and deliver secure, seamless customer experiences. Prior to Thales, he held leadership and strategic roles at Akamai Identity Cloud and Janrain, helping organizations navigate complex identity transformation initiatives.

With over 20 years of IT experience, Paul possesses a versatile background that spans financial services and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies. Brian McHenry is a cybersecurity executive and GTM leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of AI, application security, and identity. Currently VP of Sales Engineering for the Americas at Delinea, he has held senior leadership roles at F5, Check Point, and Obsidian Security. He is a co-founder of Security B-Sides NYC and is passionate about making cybersecurity more accessible and giving back to the community.

Worked for several companies over my 50 years in the IT Architecture and Program Management field that covered several vertical markets including aerospace, manufacturing, financial, medical, warehousing, distribution, insurance, and transportation markets.

Most recent work has been with Rolls-Royce of North America as Enterprise Architect (for Application Development and Security), US Defense and Civil programs/projects, enterprise level cloud standardization & migration though the philosophy of ‘Cloud First’, AI/ML, FOSS standardization and support of other architects in tools/security/infrastructure spaces.
