Larry Gasparro is a twenty-year veteran of the Cybersecurity industry and currently serves as Sr Area Director of Strategic Accounts – Greater Chicago at Okta. Previously, he held leadership positions at Splunk and Symantec. Over the tenure of his career. Larry has collaborated on cybersecurity and identity management projects with both private and public sector organizations, including the FBI and cyber teams within The Pentagon. Larry resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Jigar Shah

Jigar Shah is the Global Head of Identity and Access Management for R1RCM with close to two decades of deep experience in technology, cyber security, and Identity Access Management. He has direct experience in organic and M&A growth initiatives, with specialization in the successful integration in Identity, Cloud Security, Digital transformation initiatives. Jigar directs and drives the overall vision, strategy and execution of Identity and Cloud Security at R1. Under Jigar’s leadership, he helped transform the identity management experience and grew small team to a global IAM department. He is passionate for building high performing teams. He believes in creating a collaborative and innovative work environment that is focused on business and customer needs. Jigar is an advisor to his clients in their IAM journey by providing them strategic and tactical roadmap. He is an Engineer, MBA from Chicago, and a law graduate from Northwestern Law school.

 

 

Alex Dickson

Alex has more than 15 years of experience in information security and technology roles, primarily at financial services companies. Having been in leadership roles in both IT and information security, he has a strong appreciation for the governance and implementation of a program, as well as building relationships between teams. He has experience in maturing existing security programs as well as building them from the ground up. Alex received his Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University, completed the CISO certificate program at Carnegie Mellon University, and holds his CISSP.
