PREPARING FOR CAMP IT’s TARGETED CONFERENCES

Preparation Details

EXHIBIT GUIDELINES

The tables will be located on the side and back walls of the conference room. The tables are 6’ by 30”. The height of the table is approximately 30 inches. The tablecloths are skirted. There will not be curtains behind or between the tables. CAMP will provide a sign on an easel with your company name, if you provide a suitable logo by two weeks before the event. Floor-standing booths are not allowed. Most sponsors bring a tabletop display. Be sure to have appealing signage that describes the business problem that you can help the attendees solve.

No music is permitted. According to the Terms and Conditions, the sponsor may not hold any other events for attendees at the convention center or other Rosemont facilities during event hours. No food or beverages may be brought into the conference room from outside except for individually wrapped, commercially prepared candy, nor may the exhibitor separately contract with the convention center for food or space. Costumed characters, or robots, are not allowed at the event. Sponsors may not assign or share their space without the permission of CAMP. Packing boxes can be placed underneath the table.

Since this is a table-top show, we strongly recommend that you bring your equipment and brochures with you to avoid any problems with carriers. If you, instead, wish to pre-ship your material to the Convention Center please address it to the appropriate location listed below.
