CAMP IT is excited to bring its conferences back on-site at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.  The health and safety of colleagues, exhibitors, presenters, guests, and attendees is our top priority.  CAMP IT, in conjunction with the Stephens Center, remains committed to following federal, state and city guidelines to deliver an extraordinary on-site experience.

According to the Cook County Department of Public Health, effective Monday, February 28, 2022, masking and proof of vaccination is not required in certain settings, including indoor public spaces. Therefore, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center does not require masks nor vaccination cards for entry into its venue space. CAMP IT Conferences will not check for nor enforce any mask or vaccination card requirements.

Social distancing is an essential step in preventing the spread of COVID-19.  We’ve reduced table occupancy from 10 to 8 people per table, allowing additional space for a more comfortable experience.

We’ve reconfigured our event space to a more socially-distanced layout while maintaining the familiarity of CAMP events.  Sponsors and attendees will always be in the same room at a CAMP IT Targeted Conference.

In reconfiguring the event space, one of our goals was to maintain the same amount of sponsorship opportunities for interested organizations while keeping health and safety a top priority.  Working with the Stephens Conference Center, we increased the amount of space in between sponsor tables to ensure a comfortable but friendly environment.

CAMP will be providing all attendees with a bottle of hand sanitizer for personal use.
